Alcatel not abandoning Windows on phones, will have a Windows 10 handset

Alcatel OneTouch, which is known for its affordable mobile phone, is developing smart phone operating system Windows 10.

This was disclosed by the senior vice president for the North American portion of the company, Steve Fistulas, which also said it plans to launch the device at the end of this year.

Although there are no official specifications were released Alcatel OneTouch, but leaks from reliable sourcesevleaks revealed that the device will be powered by Snapdragon 210 SoC.
